It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Harnett of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 14, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Parsons and Julie A. Parsons (Harvey); her husband William "Guy" Harnett; and her sisters, Ina Davidson (Bob) and Florence Payne (Clyde).
She is survived by: her brother Harvey Parsons (late Mary) of Sudbury, ON; her children, Sandra Flieger (late Byron) of Windsor, ON, Lori Camacho, Illinois, Harvey Harnett of Saint John, NB, Paula Hynes (Larry) of Bridgewater, NS, Karen Voigt (Tom) of Gander, NL and Cheryl Hynes of Ottawa, ON.; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica, Cheryl, Judy, Denise, Allison, Shane, Renee, Colin, Tyler, Tim, Julia, Patrick, Kaitryn and Laura; and her great grandchildren, Kody, Grayson, Ian, Preston, Ari, Azaria, Abrielle, Addison, Avery, Connor, Noelle, Shane Jr., Sunny and Naomie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
