We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2019, Doreen Spencer (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia), born in Sherbrooke, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Barnes and Mary Barnes (Scott); her husband Joe; her grandson Michael; and her brothers, Robert, James and Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Rosemary Cook (Michael) and Gary Rees (Lisa); her brother Russell Barnes (Pauline); her grandchildren, Tammy, Tabatha, Skyler, Jeremy, Jasmine and Christina; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Leo, Jack, Colby, Noah, Ava, Elijah, Riley, Davidson, Mia and Michaella (George Daniels); and her nieces and nephews, Wendy, Robyn, Brian and Allan.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Sunshine Room, Halifax or to the The Lodge That Gives, Halifax.
