She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tanner and Flora Tanner (Covey); her husband Harry; and her siblings, Arleen Tanner, Enid Bezanson, Ivan, Raymond and Vernon Tanner.

She is survived by: her son Jeff Cotter (Carol Slack-Wamboldt); her grandchildren, Sam Cotter (Leila Timmins), Max Cotter, Cait Cotter, Sean Cotter and Marie-Claire Wamboldt; her great grandchild Angus Cotter; and her sister-in-law Annie Tanner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations made to Fishermen's Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg, would be appreciated by the family.
