It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Louise Demont (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia), born in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 19, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Spidle and Betty Fancy (Knickle) of Lower Cornwall. She is survived by: her significant other Wayne DeMont; her daughter Vanessa McCormack; her son-in-law Richard McCormack; her daughter Natasha DeMont; her grandson Curtis McCormack; her siblings, Christine Magee, Steven Spidle and Gregory Spidle; her stepsister Linda Lowe-Sawler; and her close friend Polly Wilson.
