He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Crouse and Marjorie Crouse (Bruhm); and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy"; his children, Catherine "Cathy" Lohnes (Reid) and Kenneth (Cookville); his granddaughter Claire; his sister-in-law Shirley Crouse (Richard Snyder); his niece Jeanette; and his nephew Johnathan.
