She was predeceased by: her parents, Greta Woodworth and John Woodworth; and her siblings, Bruce (Lorna), John and Ollie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bobby (Glenda), Keith (Karen), Marion (Glenwood) and Shirley (Calvin). She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Bridgewater and Area Lions Club in honor of Carolee's lifelong commitment to serving others.
