He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Winters and Edna Winters (McBride); and his sister-in-law Brenda. He is survived by: his wife Gloria (Robar); his children, Neil, Lesia (Steve) and Robin Moore (Matthew); his grandchildren, Robyn West and Michael West; and his brothers, Tom (Velda), Alliston of Ontario, Bernard and Chatham of Ontario. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends and family.
