It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bruce Wentzell of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Zealotes Wentzell and Jean Wentzell (Zinck); his wife Glenda; and his sisters, Doris Baker and Isabel Creaser.

He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Wentzell, Peggy Mosher (Brenton) and Hemford; his granddaughters, Alana (Tristan) and Lori; and his brother David Wentzell (Cynthia). He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Health Services Foundation for Palliative Care Services at South Shore Regional Hospital.

“Peggy and Debbie.....I was shocked to hear of Bruce's passing. I last saw him at the retirees luncheon in Halifax in 2018. He looked great although he did seem to really miss Glenda. He was a special person. You could always hear his laugh even before you saw him in a room. It was always enjoyable working with him in Yarmouth. A very kind man. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of great sorrow.”
