We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2018, Bertha Evelyn Lucille Horne (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia), born in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Cecil Fancy; her husband Donald; her siblings, Sigrid of Lorna, Doris and Cecil Jr; and her granddaughter Sherry.

She is survived by: her parent Eva Fancy (Nauss); her children, Norma Hiltz (Bub), Linda Lohnes (Kendall) and Richard Horne (Heather); her grandchildren, Nacole, Joel, Trina, Amanda and Vickie; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Olivia, Klay, Mariah, Brady and Jayden. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mahone Bay Baptist Church; Garden of Rest Cemetery or charity of choice.
