We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2020, Basil Fancy (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Basil Fancy to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Fancy and Clifford Fancy of Westfield, N. S.; his siblings, Borden, Elbert, Avery, Eugene, Barry, Amy, Elva, Geraldine, Eleanor, Jean, Joan and O'Dessa; and his son Steven.
He is survived by: his siblings, Everett Fancy (Lillian), Pauline Uhlman (Avery), Irving Fancy (Elaine) and Christine Mansfield (Dwight); his children, Maureen and John; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Micah Bartlett, Spencer and Tyler Fancy; and also, Mel Bartlett of Halifax and Joanne Fancy of Beaver Bank.
There will be no funeral at this time, but if you would like to make a donation in his memory, please consider the South Shore Hospice Palliative Care Society – a cause near and dear to his family'.
