We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2018, at the age of 69, Barbara Elizabeth O'Kroneg (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia), born in Kingston, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Phillips and Gordon Phillips; and her stepbrother Peter Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Ted O'Kroneg; her daughters, Keri O'Kroneg (Rick) and Tracy O'Kroneg (Geoff); her grandson Ryan O'Kroneg; her sisters, Mary Gourlay (Jim) and Patricia Gashinski (Ron); her niece Laurie; her nephews, Michael, Jeffrey, Kevin, Chris and Barry; her brother-in-law John O'Kroneg (Mary-Jo); and her mother-in-law Wiesje O'Kroneg. She is also survived by relatives and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Victoria's Quilts Canada (victoriasquiltscanada.com), a non-profit organization of volunteers who make quilts for cancer patients, or the South Shore Regional Hospital Oncology Unit.
