He was predeceased by: his parents, Rena Goodwin (MacDonald) and Ray Goodwin; his brothers, Gib and Rod; and his sister-in-law May.
He is survived by: his brother Jim; his girlfriend Eileen Spicer; his nieces and nephews, Susan Osbourne (Ken), Gary Goodwin (Elaine Rogers), Sandy Goodwin (Donna Kenney), Terry Goodwin (Pam), Margie Graff (Bob), Barb Stewart (John) and Becky Schweizer (George); and his sisters-in-law, Audrie and Betty.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honour Bill are invited to consider making a donation to Bridgetown United Church, The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 33, or a charity of your choice.
