He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovide (Blackie) and Catherine (Miner); his daughter Kimberly Williams; his siblings-in-law, Jane Black, Tony Bent and Malcolm Inglis; and his nephew Nathan Bent.
He is survived by: his wife Twila (Bent); his son Andrew (Violet) of Nictaux, NS; his son-in-law Fred Williams (Colleen); his grandchildren, Allison (Jon) of Canning, NS, Melissa (Nick), Alberta and Kyle Taylor of Bridgetown, NS; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Wagner, Addison Wagner and Robin Jessome; his brothers, Bob and Gerald (Geri) of Lawrencetown, NS; and his siblings-in-law, Terri Petley (Darrell) of Paradise, NS, Trudy Inglis of Bridgetown, NS and Ted Bent of Bridgewater, NS. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (20 Jeffery St, Bridgetown, NS B0S1C0).
