He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Green and Doris Green (Bullis); his parents-in-law, Hoyt and Mary Frost; and his siblings-in-law, James Frost, Sylvia Nuell, Marjorie Munro and Janice Dondale.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel (Frost); his daughters, Mary-Lyn Atkinson West (David), Lori Ann Johnstone (Jason), Cochrane and Alta; his grandchildren, Carson Atkinson, Evan Johnstone, Morgan Atkinson and Avery Johnstone; and his sisters, Joy Worthington (John), Wallaceburg and Ont. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, good friends.
Donations in memory may be made to the Lupus Foundation, Leukemia Research, Kidney Foundation, PTSD Research, Diabetes Association or to a charity of one's choice.
