He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Peters and Viva Peters (Paris); his daughter Rolanda; and his siblings, Jennie, Frankie and Wendell.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Budgell; his sons, Paul (Tammy) and Aaron; his stepson David Budgell; his daughters, Kimberly Leek (William) and Rebecca Peters; and his sisters, Audrey Dicks and Marglen Young. He is also survived by brother Leon, Ontario several grandchildren.
