With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Whiting (Bridgetown, Nova Scotia), who passed away on June 25, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Phelan and Bessie Phelan (Condon); her son Robert; and her siblings, Louis, William, Forest, John, Margaret and June.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sheldon, Shawn, Shannon Whiting and Shilo Spencer; her great grandchildren, Roman Whiting and Rylan Pothier; and her daughter-in-law Arlene Spencer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in her memory may be made to the IWK Children's Hospital.
