He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Sabean and Constance "Connie" Sabean (Lewis); his daughter Tammy Lynn; and his brothers, Gary and Vincent.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene (Fowler); his daughters, Tanya Foster (Paul) of Hampton and Tabatha Carlson (Dave) of Halifax; his grandchildren, Briana Foster (Robbie MacEwen), Kody of Ontario and Jeffrey Carlson of Halifax; his siblings, Vance (Marcy), Beverly Durling (Mark), Mary Fowler (Wayne) and Joann Plehn; his sister-in-law Brenda; and his aunt Vivian Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
