It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Edward Ackerman (Bridgetown, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Macklin; and his children, Ed, Joe, Rain, Sunshine and Steven. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
