Carrol Reid Corkum Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrol Reid Corkum of Bridgetown, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Olive Whitman; his wife Laura Corkum (Beals); his daughter Carol Ann Corkum; his great grandchild Ethan Chesley; and his siblings, Betty O'Neil, Lawrence and Lester Whitman.

He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Corkum (Janet), Marcia Wentzell (Gary) and Debbie Hines (Nictaux); his grandchildren, Desi Corkum, Inglisville, Holly Wentzell, Melissa Marshall, Paul Wentzell and Brickton; and his sister Frances Whynott. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Inglisville Baptist Church or Inglisville Community Hall.
