He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Serroul and Josephine Serroul (Carey); his siblings, Walter, Sonnie, Carol-Ann, Theresa, Mary and Sandy; his parents-in-law, Helene and Russell Devoe; and his brother-in-law Wilbert Devoe.
He is survived by: his wife Regena (Devoe); his siblings, Cecilia McNeil (Joey), Judy Astephen (Peter), Jeanette Forrest (Brian), Eleanor Serroul, Shawn Finney and Butch Serroul (Loretta); and his siblings-in-law, Gale Devoe, Fred (Rita) and Alex (Barb). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews he loved.
