He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Spindler and Maggie Spindler; and his siblings, Marvin (Barbara), Clyde (Rhea), Dora (Percy), Emily (Harold), Rose (Douglas), Lucille (Daniel) and Jenny (Paul).
He is survived by: his wife Mona (Publicover). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
