He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda and Joseph; his wife Esther; his children, Cecil, Jeffery (Natasha) and Tammy (Billy); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Madison, Kallie, Lacey, Logan, Celia, Jeffery Jr. (JJ), William and Isabella. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
