She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Lynds and Ethel Lynds (Hennigar); her husband Carl Ettinger; her former husband Gordon Ettinger; her brothers, Allen and Francis; and her stepson Tommy Ettinger.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Ettinger (Joanne), Beverly MacDonnell (Ronnie) and Karen Sidey (Jim); her grandchildren, Martha (Eric), Bria (Chris), Gavin, Norma, Scott MacDonnell and Andrew Sidey; her great grandchildren, Ryker, Elliott, Sullivan, Léopold, Eloïse, Pete and Harlan; her siblings, Milton (Eastville), Gerald (Amherst), Emery (East Mountain), Vernon (Truro) and Estelle McNutt (Bible Hill); and her stepdaughters, Irene Ingraham and Eva Isenor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
