He is survived by: his parents, Roy Burton of Bible Hill and Olive Myrtle Dowe of Bible Hill; his daughters, Catherine Dowe of New Minas, Elizabeth Sloan (James) and Mary-Judith Dowe Montreal (Stuart Rowley); his grandchildren, Tamara Cere (John Bird), Alison McCreadie (Ted), Emily Morse (Ryan), Jessica Thurlow (Adam), Nicholas Sloan (Krista) and Merrick D'Amato; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Isaac, Aidan Cere, Harrison, Amelia McCreadie, Madeleine, Caleb Morse and Ezra Thurlow; and his sisters, Eileen Kelley, Toronto Jones and Dorothy Jones.
