We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Richard Joseph Pottie (Berwick, Nova Scotia), born in Lower l'Ardoise, Nova Scotia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pottie and Catherine Pottie (Evong); his former wife Rose Antoinette Borgal; his siblings, Victor, Andrew, Joseph and Cassy; and his stepson Reggie.

He is survived by: his wife Clarice Jean Treby; his siblings, Francis, L'Adroise, Leroy, Lauchie (Rose Marie), Rockdale, Cyril, L'Ardoise, Cecilia, Sydney and Annie Jane Martell (late Walter); his children, Ann Marie Walters (Rex) and James Pottie (Gina); his stepchildren, John Timmins (Linda), Kathy Wright (Don) and Crystal Llewellyn (Gary); and his close friend Arthur Salsman. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
