He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ricketts and Alice Ricketts; his wife Shirley Ricketts (Mills); and his sister Adele Laframboise (Ricketts). He is survived by: his children, Ann Myles (Bob), Robert Ricketts (Mel) of Toronto, ON, David Ricketts (Julia), Pond, Patrick Ricketts (Sharon), Heather Jordan, Forteau and Labrador; his grandchildren, Daniel Myles, Oklahoma, Rachel Myles, Cove, Jessica Leggett (Ryan), Nathan Jordan, Matthew Jordan and Forteau Labrador; and his great grandchildren, Eli Leggett and Natalie Leggett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
