She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Martin (Megeney) and Cecil Martin; and her children, Laurie Lynn Sherman and Allan Anthony Sherman. She is survived by: her husband Levi Edward Sherman; her children, Carolyn Dawn Al-Masri (Munther) of New Minas and Edward "Eddie" Sherman (Jadine) of Windsor, NS; and her grandchildren, Desiree Sherman, Patrick Whalen, Anthony Doherty, Michael Sherman, Lorie-Dawn Doherty, Rheanne Sherman and Levi Sherman Jr.. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
