She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Forsythe and Jennie Forsythe; her former husband Gordon Sanford; and her brothers, Cameron and Carl Forsythe.

She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Sanford (Gerry Pellerin), Carol Sanford (Peter Keddy) and Forties; her grandchildren, Bradley, Rhea Sanford of Berwick and Chloe Hiltz; her siblings, Muriel Carswell of Middleton and Cyril Forsythe of Coldbrook; and also Douglas Morine. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
