He is survived by: his wife Helen Kirkconnell; his children, Lotti Ackermann, Ottawa, Adrian (Andy), Betula Farms and Shubenacadie; his stepchildren, Catherine Campbell, Toronto and David Campbell (Jen); his children, Flora, Daphne, Margie Campbell Sarre (Greg), Adelaide Hills, Maddie, Isabel and Oscar; and also, Elisabeth Ackermann, Halifax, Ethan, Ben and Laura. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
