He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Horsburgh and Helen Horsburgh (White); and his siblings, Herbert, Robert Horsburgh and Peggy Neil.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Horsburgh (Webber); his children, Allan Horsburgh (Sonya) and Wendy Doane (Timothy); his grandchildren, Shelby, Corey, Jesse and Jeremy; and his sister-in-law Norma Horsburgh. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to Dreams Take Flight or Berwick & District Lions Club.
