With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Harmon Dempsey (Berwick, Nova Scotia), born in New Ross, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 22, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leopold and Ida Leopold (Redden); her husband Lorenzo; her son Kevin; and her siblings, Ida, Audrey and James.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Lutz, Carolyn Lonergan (Gary), Hilda Dempsey (Joe), Cambridge, Faye Toole, Garth (Bernice), Morden, Michael (Barb) and Allen (Cathy); and her brother Fred. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and eight great great-grandchildren.
