He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hill and Rhoda Hill (Malay); and his wife Ruth. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Howes (Wendell) of Rothesay, NB, Scott (Helen) and Judy Bateman (Kevin); his grandchildren, Mark Howes, Chris Howes, Jason Hill, Lindsay Kelly, Jacob Horsnell, Amanda Bateman and Chris Bateman; his great grandchildren, Paige Howes, Colton Howes, Ivy Howes, Jovie Howes, Emma Kelly, Lucas Kelly, Jackson Bateman and Brynlee Bateman; and his siblings, Phyllis Ashby (Bev), Elizabeth Dorey and Lloyd (Edith). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in George's memory, may be made to the Valley Shriners or charity of one's choice.
