She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Kearns and Sadie Kearns (McGovern); and her husband Colin Shone of Sarnia, ON. She is survived by: her children, Tina Henderson (Greg) of Berwick, Bruce Shone of Toronto, ON and Graham Shone (Mel) of Kettle Point, ON; her grandchildren, Johnathon, Alex, Matthew, Charlotte, Christian, Patrick, Aaron, Katherine and Abigail; her great grandchildren, Deacon, Jaden, Sadie and Remmington; and her siblings, Jack Kearns (Deidre) of Burlington, ON and Jacqueline Watts (Colin) of Milton, ON. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society (Sarnia-Lambton) .
