He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ross and Evelyna Rose Rines (Hayden); and his wife Valena Lynn Rines. He is survived by: his children, Tracey (Tammy) of Belmont, Charles (Toni) of Truro, Marion Currie (Greg) of Masstown and Stacey Bell (Anthony) of Bible Hill; his grandchildren, Chris, Andrew, Magen (Travis), Marita, Marcus, Trinity, Dominic, Brian (Carla) and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Mason, Myah, Lincoln, Brantley and Tiggie; and his sister Shirley Smith.
