Thomas Edward Chown Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Edward Chown of Belmont, Nova Scotia, born in Truro, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 8, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Chown and Harriett Chown (Burgoyne) of Belmont; his siblings, Mildred Harrnish, Valena Rines (Val) and Eric Chown; and his nephew Robert Chown (Bambam).
He is survived by: his siblings, Vincent "Dougie" Chown (Darlene), Keith Chown, Percy Chown (Tena) and Caroline Weatherbee. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews; many great and great great nieces and nephews.
He did request that any donations in memory may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation as well as the MS Society, as both foundations had significant meaning to Eddie The best way to remember and honour Eddie's life, is to share your stories and memories with one another and embrace the day...
