Though Joan Winnifred may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joan Winnifred touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Miner and Winifred Miner (Davidson) of Gaspereau; her husband Ian Levy; and her siblings, Rev. Eric G. Miner (Helene), Leigh Miner and Margaret Titus (Loran).

She is survived by: her son Stuart (Charlene); and her grandsons, Kailen and Tate. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.

Donations in her memory may be made to Bedford Baptist Church, Gaspereau United Baptist Church, Cobequid Health Centre Foundation or charity of one's choice.
