He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Flemming (Sadler) and Norbert Flemming; his sister Patsy Meade; and his grandson Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Julie (Wallingham); his children, Mark (Sherida), Bruce (Sandy) and Paula (Billy Blackburn); his stepdaughter Jill (Adam Connors); his grandsons, Brett and Mitchell; his stepgrandson Kingston; his great grandchild Grayson; his brother David (Tina); and his brother-in-law Jerry Meade (Donna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
