She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Matthew; her son David (Mary Ellen); her grandson Matthew Amyotte; her parents, William Anderson and A. Mildred Anderson; and her siblings, Ronald, Carol, Laurine, Shirley, June and Evelyn.

She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Byce, Bernard (Nora Robicheau), Peggy Amyotte (Paul), Christine Young (John Hibsman) and Robert (Ann).

Donations in her memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or ALS Society of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
