He is survived by: his brothers, Murray, Arnel and Mounties; his close friend Herbie Pye; his sons, Brent (Juanita Nicholson), Scott and Trevor; his grandchild Xander; his sister Willa Anne MacNeil; his nieces and nephews, Cynthia (Jackson), Frank, Kirk, Patti, Michael, Michelle MacNeil, Dawn Lynn Morrison (MacNeil) and Christopher MacNeil; and also Evelyn.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ja Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St. Ignatius of Loyola (1288 Bedford Hwy, Bedford, NS B4A1C8).
