Barbara Marie Thomas Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Marie Thomas of Bedford, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 25, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin McQuarrie and Eileen McQuarrie (McGrath); her husband Harvey Thomas; and her siblings, Dorothy Hilton and Donald McQuarrie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Heather (Kevin) and Karen; her grandchildren, Amanda, Jennifer and Stephen; her great grandchild Madilyn; her sisters, Marian Sandeson (Porters Lake), Greta Hard (Dartmouth) and Shirley Dupuis; and her sister-in-law Gladys McQuarrie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
