He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joan O'Neil (Palmeter) and Dan O'Neil; his brother Brian O'Neil (Amanda); his nephews, Brody of Elmsdale and Barrett of Elmsdale; and his grandmother Helen Balser. He was also cherished by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
