It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Allan McLaughlin of Beaver Bank, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McLaughlin and Gladys McLaughlin (Twohig); and his sisters, Rita Inness, Mary Babineau, Doris Stuart and Peggy Jackson.

He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Shauna McLaughlin, Sheila Forrest and Brian McLaughlin; and his stepdaughter Brenda Taylor. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to Diabetes Canada, Heart & Stroke Foundation or charity of donor's choice would be appreciated.
