He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lorne and Elsie May Barrett (Thompson); and his siblings, Roy, Earl, George, Hilda Murphy and Greta.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Carrie (Neves). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunt and uncles.
