He is survived by: his former spouse Dale Wagner; his children, Troy Pennell and Lori Ann Pennell (Adam Lamrock); his grandchildren, Falon Peddle (Sean Peddle), Austin Pennell (Autumn Pennell) and Evan Robitaille; and his great grandchildren, Lily and Luca Pennell. He is also survived by husband and wife but best friends.
