He was predeceased by: his father Jerome F Ryan; and his grandparents, Allen, Eunice Mac Donald, Martin and Catherine Ryan.
He is survived by: his mother Pat MacLeod; his sister Lorraine (Peter); his nieces, Courtney and Ashley (Ryan); and his nephew Evan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
