He was predeceased by: his parent Wilson Allen; his brother Bruce; and his stepdaughter Tammy Lynn MacNeil. He is survived by: his parent Emma Allen (Campbell); his wife Deanna Allen (Bett); his children, Danielle, Veronica, Norman, Keith, William and Billy; his sister Iris; his former wife Cathy; and his children, Scott and Nicci. He is also survived by several grandchildren; great grandchildren; niece and nephews.
