He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Pulley and Constance Pulley (Franklin). He is survived by: his children, Sacha Millar (Scott), Felecia Outhouse (Michael), Mila Anderson (Kyle) and Tyler Pulley (Jessica); his grandchildren, Graham, Ian, Victoria, Eric, Michael, Emme, Evan, Boone, Avi and Owen; and his siblings, Duetta Comeau (Ronald), Boneta Gilbert (Paul) and Rickey Pulley (Wanda). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren; he was a wonderful grandfather.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Program at the Annapolis Community Health Centre.
