It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Daphne Gloade of Bear River, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Gloade and Ida Wilson; and her sister Lillian Barkhouse. She is survived by: her children, Belynda Swinamer, Michele Myra, Sara Swinamer and Thomas Wilson; her sister Rita Godin; her grandchildren, Chris, Amber, Lakota, Chey, Thomas James (T. J.), Logan and Greyson; and her great grandchildren, Weston, Levi and Clara.
Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Hope for Wildlife or the Deep Brook Lions Club Bingo.
