He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles and Shirley Charlton (Wamboldt); his wife Cindy Charlton (McLellan); his siblings, Susan Powell (Larry), Michael Charlton (Heather), Bear River and Stephen Charlton; his stepdaughter Tammy Davison (Bill); his granddaughter Sasha; his great grandchildren, Karson and Braelynn; and his nieces and nephews, Darci, Hannah, Dylan and Avery.

Donations in Carroll's memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch # 22, Bear River.
