She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene and Nina; and her brother Jamie. She is survived by: her daughter Valene Trimper (Alston); her siblings, Bruce, William (Kendra) of Bear River, Roxanne (Gary) of Bear River, Millie Anderson (Gerry) of New Minas and Claudette Marr (Michael) of Weymouth; her pet Lucifer; and also Shawn Trimper (Willvene) of Bear River. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
